**Realizing Dreams**
It was a fine evening,
when we went out driving.
As far as we could,
More than we should.
We drove past the sky,
way beyond the clouds and further,
couldn't stop no matter how I try.
I turned and said to her,
As I kissed her neck,
"We've come too far,
And we cant go back."

That's when I woke up
stranded on the floor,
that's when I realized,
she doesn't love me anymore!

Dreams can be encouraging,
But they don't come true.
Miracles are not happening,
And I am still waiting for you.

I was fighting the storm
with all my will.
Wounded my arm,
trying to hold the sails still.
Holding my whole life in my hand,
I thought I finally found dry land.

When I was almost there,
I was blown away from the shore.
that's when I realized,
She doesn't love me anymore!
I abandoned my ship,
And tried to swim through.
Discovered as I got a grip,
Was just a illusion of you.

I heard the ocean's loud roar,
Thats when i realised,
She never loved me before!

That was 'love'ly...most of your poems have a very wounded and painful depth...
